Standard: $8.95 AUD - Free on orders over $75 AUD. Dispatched within 1-2 business days, arrives in 2-5 business days.

Express: $14.95 AUD - Dispatched within 1 business day, arrives in 1-2 business days.

All orders are fully tracked from our Sydney warehouse. You'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.

We ship to over 60 countries worldwide. International shipping starts from $12 AUD, with free shipping on orders over $120 AUD.

Delivery times vary by destination:

• New Zealand: 3–5 business days
• United States: 8–12 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 8–12 business days
• Rest of world: 10–14 business days

Note: Import duties and taxes may apply in your country and are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for customs delays.

We offer free returns within 30 days of delivery for any non-personalised item in its original condition. Here's how it works:

1. Email us at hello@passportcovers.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 24 hours.
3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and drop it off at your nearest post office.
4. Once received and inspected, we process your refund within 3–5 business days.

Due to the custom nature of personalised and embossed products, these items cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If your personalised item arrives with a defect (e.g. misaligned embossing, stitching issues), please email us photos within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace it at no cost.

Refunds are credited to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

If you haven't received your refund after 5 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider first, then contact us if needed.
